NSW firebrand Willie Mason has declared that a full-house of "nutbag, redneck Queenslanders" will lift the Blues to unscaled heights for Origin II.

As both sides gathered in camp for the Suncorp Stadium sequel, Mason last night revealed the Blues were preparing for the most brutal confrontation "Origin has seen in a long, long time''.

"They are just going to be pumped to the max,'' Mason said. "They are going to have 65,000 nutbag, redneck Queensland supporters going mad and hating us.
