AMI’s Albert Anae topped off a fine season being named Queensland Colt of the Year.
In 2008 Albert made massive inroads on his path to be a professional footballer with impressive performances for Sunnybank and Queensland A, Albert was also a standout for the Australian U20’s side that competed at the Junior World Cup in Ireland. Further reward for his performances in 2008 came when Albert was selected for the Queensland Reds end of season tour of Ireland and France where he showed his flexibility playing at both prop and hooker.
AMI would like to congratulate Albert on his achievements this year and look forward to supporting him through another successful season in 2009.
